    Had a problem with my cars central locking. Mechanic I dealt with was rude and diagnosed the problem incorrectly, costing nearly $400 to not resolve the issue and didn't take any responsibility, despite telling me that "the problem is definitely the actuator" only the week prior. This occurred in 2014 and I have not returned since, nor will I.
