  This year I have had 6 aluminium sliding windows put in and I have been extremely happy with them all.

  I purchased a custom made security door from them. After nearly 5 years, the powder coating bubbled and flaked off. They refused to warranty it because they found an "unknown brown substance" on the bottom edge of the door. They and their contractors blamed me for this "unknown substance" and said it was the cause. I feel I have been conned out of warranty. If you deal with these people, THOROUGHLY INSPECT all finishes and fittings before taking delivery. DO NOT accept any goods that are not to your standards - particularly if it involves the powder coating finish. Ensure you get a good written quote with all conditions and warranties spelled out before signing any contracts with this company! Ensure you include Penalty Clauses for breaches in contract deadlines and conditions. Do Not make any progress payments on large jobs until the work has been independently checked. Do not accept any changes made verbally - insist that it is put in writing before you will consider it. Better still, take your business elsewhere.

  I doped in to see if they would do a new door for my motorhome. The lady that served me was so rude I couldn't get out of their shop fast enough. If you don't do that type of work that's fine but there is no need to be rude.
